kultura filipino: carabao horn
i picked this one-of-a-kind carabao horn at kultura filipino, landmark branch for unbelievable price of 420 pesos. i had to blink multiple times just to be sure it didn't have any additional zeros in the price tag. it was the last piece, and so i guess i just got really lucky that day.
after removing the nylon string, it found a sweet spot on top of my ikea hyllis turned bookshelf. the tension between the smooth surface and organic feel of the horn turned out beautifully.
