new bench from all home and updated room tour

hello, blog friends!

i visited all home, imus branch today after i received a catalogue-slash-invitation from them.  i didn't really plan on buying anything new, but i came across this park bench in matte black that i just had to have.  i thought the size, design, and color will go perfectly well with my tiny bedroom.  i got it for a discounted price of 4000 pesos because of minor scratches.

i switched to a queen-sized mattress right on the floor because it reflects my bohemian side.  also, i have a very low ceiling since this space was a walk-in closet before.  the lovely bedding was a sale purchase at sm department store for only 750 pesos.  i adore the indochine butterfly print in purple background.

a bunch of locally-made baskets hold my everyday clothes, extra soaps and lotions, et cetera.

i am wavering whether to keep or toss the plastic hangers because i found a bunch of affordable wooden hangers at japan homes, imus branch.  i might re-use them instead to hang my laundry outdoor.  i kept the yellow hangers because the accumulative price of wooden hangers was out of my budget.  besides, they add a pop of color in this matte black room.

ikea hyllis turned bookshelf.  practical and affordable.

here is my collection of vedasto leather bags.  the back of door is a great place to store your bags because you can grab them easily before heading out of the house.  not to mention, they look pretty nice displayed and be admired every day.
