650 pesos closet-to-multifunctional room makeover

i spent only 650 pesos for this room transformation and it was mainly for a 4-liter can of boysen permacoat flat black paint.  i decided to turn my average walk-in closet into a multifunctional space that includes a bedroom, blog spot, and open closet.

the simple daybed, which i shopped for free from another room, was surprisingly comfortable.  the decoupaged bench was a practical addition to this area near the door to take off my shoes and as a temporary spot for my bag-of-the-day.

behind the small living room-slash-bedroom is my open closet (diy clothes rack) and my little blog spot.  i especially loved this area because it is  filled with things that truly speak to my heart.  i highly recommend the book by marie kondo titled "the life-changing magic of tidying up" if you are in the process of downsizing your closet.
